How to play
A race takes ten to twenty minutes. Nobody needs to install anything.
Getting everyone in
- One device is the screen — TV, laptop or projector. Open Host and set the race up there.
- Everyone else scans the QR code or types the six-character room code at the join page.
- Pick a car. Each car is taken by one driver only, and every car handles differently.
- Empty slots can be filled with AI drivers so a race always has a full grid.
You don't drive — you decide
- Your car laps on its own. Your job is the strategy that wins or loses the race.
- Engine mode: Push is fastest but burns fuel and tyres. Conserve saves both and costs lap time.
- Watch tyre wear and fuel on your phone. Running dry means crawling to the flag.
- Damage slows you down until it's repaired in the pits.
Tyres
- Soft — quickest, wears out fastest. Great for a short final stint.
- Medium — the safe compromise for most stints.
- Hard — slowest but lasts, and it can turn a two-stop into a one-stop.
- Intermediate and Wet — only quick when the track is actually damp or flooded.
Pit stops
- Choose tyres, fuel and repairs, then press Box This Lap. Your crew gets ready.
- You can cancel right up until your car commits to the pit entry.
- Pit stops cost around 20 seconds. Fuel takes longer than tyres, repairs longer still.
- A safety car makes stopping much cheaper — that's the moment to pounce.
Weather and chaos
- Dynamic weather can turn a race in a couple of laps. Being first to slicks or wets is worth a fortune.
- Safety cars bunch the field up and wipe out leads.
- With mechanical failures on, an abused engine can let go before the flag.
